XConsole
Complete data acquisition and control system
The XConsole includes:
- XConsole interface with 2 integrated touch-screen color Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs), 2 large analog sweep meters, 1 easy-adjust load controller, 2 three-switch user-configurable panels, and a hydraulic throttle
- Console table with storage area for Microsoft Windows™-based computer
- Stand-mounted sensor box (other mounting options available) with user-defined LCDs (optional)
- Analog panel with 8 inputs for Lambda or sensor voltage inputs
- 16-channel thermocouple panel (order thermocouples separately)
- 10-channel pressure panel with transducers, ranges: 0–300 psi (x2),0–150 psi (x2), 200 inHg (x2), 140 inH2O (x2), ± 30 psi, ± 2.5 psi
- Engine control panel
- Interconnect panel with 2 preconfigured analog inputs (Lambda)
- Integrated real-time weather station (air temperature, barometric pressure, humidity)
- WinDyn™ software
- 2 days of training (labor only)*
- Mini-tower computer system, 17" CRT monitor, color printer
- Add the relay enclosure for additional automated controls
